Happy Belated Mom's Day

Hope everyone had a great mom's day. Got calls from my kids who live out of state, a really cute card from the son who is living at home and we all went out to dinner. Best of all was the quality time spent with my family.

Below are the explosion boxes, inside and out, I demoed at my May club. Definitely got some ooos and ahs from them. Both patterns were found on the SCS. I used just some simply scrapping kits for my embellishments.

This is the first explosion box that was demoed. I liked that it had a lot of room for pictures. I used certain celery and blue bliss cardstock with a simply scrappin kit.

This is the second box I demoed. It is a little smaller and only one layer with the corners cut out. I would use this as a card, maybe with a small gift inside. I used so saffron and blue bliss cardstock with a simply scrappin kit.

Most excellent. I'm just curious to see how hard they really are to make. They always look so neat! I just always find things that look really neat and then they take me 5 - 6 hours to do, so I'm guessing this is a great project if you were able to demo it for your club!

Nice boxes! I've yet to try those, they always look intimidating to me. I think I should take one of your classes ;)
